An Appeal to Every Individual That Stands For Liberty

The Time Is Long Overdue For Us to Stand Together!
I am writing to ask for your help. As you may know, the Patriot Movement has been working diligently to organize concerned citizens against the grave danger that bloated, wasteful and out-of-control government poses to our unalienable rights as Americans. Our appeal is in the hope that you think it is worthwhile to fight to defend our Constitution and Bill of Rights, and ultimately, the very survival of our Republic.
Who can deny that we have reached a critical juncture in the life of our Country? The size, scope and power of both federal and state governments have become so vast that virtually every aspect of our lives is monitored, regulated, documented and controlled. We are asking people like you, who have wanted your freedom back and a return to our nation's founding principles, to now stand with the 3rd Continental Congress and join your fellow Americans in restoring Liberty.
Notwithstanding the different and sometimes competing missions of the various elements of America's patriot movement, we must acknowledge that so far, as we have been attempting to do, we have not achieved the critical mass or the momentum required to restore our rightful liberty. We must acknowledge that academic rhetoric and abstract political debate have failed to hold our servant government in check.
It is possible that the American patriot movement, at our present rate and with the strategies employed thus far, may never succeed in fully restoring our liberty peacefully. We pray that this is not the case, but the future looks quite grim. Most (if not all) avenues of redress have already been taken from us, and the only recourse we have now is to educate fellow Americans to our hour of need and to prepare for the conflict that may surely follow.
This is an appeal to all patriots across America that are standing guard over the flame of Liberty: I ask that you join with other patriots in this unprecedented effort to restore freedom, and re-establish the republican form of government given to us by our Founding Fathers... to restore the authority of the Bill of Rights & a representative Republic as the foundation for our system of government in America. To do this, we must all understand that what we need most is nationally organized leadership to represent our cause, from every perspective, and from every element in the patriot movement.
The patriot movement must dedicate itself to supporting a representative caucus that espouses freedom for all under a return to our Constitutional and republican form of government. Such a national patriot leadership must represent all patriot groups and all people, and do so geographically in representation of every state, like the Continental Congress of old.
I believe that the 3rd Continental Congress is the organization that will accomplish this. Begun in the mid-1990's, the "3CC" has convened several times to establish a unified direction for the patriot movement. The 3rd Continental Congress is the organization that sponsored the "No More Waco's" declaration that warned the powers-that-be that the patriots of America would no longer tolerate the murder of innocent blood at the hands of their own government.
We need a patriot organization that is committed, a powerful and effective force for liberty that is greater than the sum of its parts... How many of our unalienable rights have already been completely lost or seriously eroded by an overreaching and power-hungry, diabolically tyrannical government?
The right to privacy
The right to property
The right to keep & bear arms
The right to due process of law
The right to a fair and timely trial
The right to a public and speedy trial
The right to trial by a fully informed jury
The right to freedom from taxes on wages
The right to a republican form of government
The right to a politically independent judiciary
The right to freedom from involuntary servitude
The right to be free from prosecutorial misconduct
The right to confront witnesses against you in court
The right to freedom from vote fraud and election rigging
The right to a monetary system backed by a precious metal
The right to freedom from searches without probable cause
The right to freedom from government acts not enumerated
The right to petition the government for a redress of grievances
The right to freedom from laws that favor public over private education
The right to freedom from being forced to be a witness against yourself
The right to freedom from searches and seizures without proper warrants
The right to freedom from the "same hands" controlling all three branches
The right to freedom from having property taken without just compensation
The right to freedom from federal laws in areas outside of federal jurisdiction
The right to freedom from the imposition of direct taxes not tied to the census
The right to representation loyal to the constitution rather than to a political party
The right to freedom from having an appeals court re-examine facts tried by a jury
The right to freedom from the use of the armed forces without a declaration of war
The right to freedom from unconstitutional amendments not ratified by ¾'s of the States
The right to freedom from the usurpation of the powers of one branch of government by another
The right to freedom from the usurpation of the powers of the States by the Federal government!!
And many more freedoms too innumerable to mention here!!!
Now is the time for those who deeply love our country and what it truly stands for, to set aside their differences, unite in defense of our Constitution and rightful liberties as Americans. We must get serious about restoring freedom! Patriots of every sort must begin networking outside their favored patriotic organizations, including groups such as the NRA and the John Birch Society, who have been prejudicial in distancing themselves from the overall patriot movement. Citizen militias, which have been much maligned, are the key to successfully taking back our Liberty. Mao Tse-Tung may have been a godless commie, but he was right: All political power flows from the barrel of a gun.
No single freedom organization in the country has the influence, resources or capability to stem the tide of government tyranny ALONE. Even collectively, our chances of doing so peacefully are minimal. Some groups like the NRA and JBS have even deliberately embraced compromises or ineffective strategies that are doomed to failure. But we need only to find the courage of the convictions of our hearts, the wisdom to look beyond the obstacles in our path, and the confidence that our Creator will once again reward our vigilance with the blessings of liberty.
WHY AM I REACHING OUT WITH THIS MESSAGE TO ALL PATRIOTS?
As you may know, there has been an extraordinary struggle to hold the federal and state governments accountable. The First Amendment guarantees every citizen the right to properly petition the government for a redress of grievances, and the government is obligated to properly answer. The patriot movement has tried this repeatedly in the hopes to achieve recognition that Americans have a inalienable right to petition our servant government for redress of grievances, and a right to demand that the government respond openly and honestly to that petition, for without the right to petition the government for redress of grievances, in practical effect, the people then have no rights at all. It is our position that we have ALREADY LOST THAT RIGHT. Our GOVERNMENT has failed to answer our petitions for redress precisely because they choose not to do so.
This places us in the position of where our forefathers were in 1775: An out of control regime, unanswerable to the people, with absolutely no respect for human life, no respect for the rule of law under "We the People", willing to commit crimes against humanity in order to maintain and/or increase their control over us. Now we have to decide what we will do, for as Frederick Douglass had said in the mid-19th Century, "the people are willing to allow only as much tyranny as they can tolerate."
HOW MUCH TYRANNY CAN YOU TOLERATE??!?
The only thing that stands in the way of these tyrants - the only thing that prevents the total slavery of the American people - is the citizen militia, called forth to restore the Republic. It is a heavy burden, yes, but it lies squarely on the shoulders of every law-abiding able-bodied American. It is YOUR responsibility and mine, and OUR responsibility lies in organizing ourselves into an effective deterrent to tyranny. To be an effective deterrent, we must be fully prepared to ACT in defense of Liberty, for the sake of our sacred honor and for our posterity!
I accepted my commission from the Third Continental Congress with the sober understanding that I may be tortured, imprisoned or killed for the sake of daring to restore our Constitutional Republic. We all know freedom is not free, and frankly I would rather die than live as a slave or see my children enslaved. I believe you feel the same way, so I ask that you resolve yourself today in the presence of your fellow patriots and our Creator, upon your solemn pledge to the defense of our Constitutional Republic; our Liberty; and our Sovereignty under Almighty God. Contact and join the citizen militia commissioned by 3CC in your state. If necessary, start one yourself. This is not a call to sedition, rebellion, or terrorism; this is a call to lawful restoration of our Republic!! Only by retaining the power embodied in the 2nd Amendment, coupled with grim resolve, shall we have a rebirth of freedom, and that government for and by We The People shall not perish from the earth.
