30 Ways the IRS Controls Christian Churches

In recent years, it has become clear to patriots that church leaders are not telling their congregations about what is going on with the "New World Order", even when the pastor is known to be conservative. Denominational leaders are helping to suppress the truth and control the laity through a comprehensive process of muzzling pastors and other evangelistic speakers, and through the indoctrination of church members leave congregations ignorant and unprepared, as you will see....
Some of the IRS implementing rules for 501(c)3 "tax-exempt" "religious organizations":
1.Church must have a distinct legal existence - it must be incorporated.
2.It must have a recognized (approved) creed or form of worship.
3.It must have a distinct form of ecclesiastical government (i.e.: General Conference, national/international board of governors/trustees, etc., and state/local organizations, etc.)
4.It must have a specific code of doctrine and discipline.
5.It must have a denominational history.
6.Ministers must be ordained by the Church Corporation (in order to serve in a pastoral capacity).
7.Ministers must be educated at a state-accredited college or university in order to be ordained.
8.Church must have an Employer Identification Number (EIN) assigned by the IRS, in order to employ ministers.
9.Pastor must receive a Social Security number in order to be employed by the Church.
10.The Church must verify that it is a nonprofit organization to be tax-exempt.
11.The Church must be engaged in activities that serve the public trust.
12.Church must be able to answer to IRS as to its' daily financial activity.(ledgers must be open for government review & approval.)
13.Books and records must be available to IRS for inspection at any time.
14.Church must inform IRS as to who serves at the church (Deacon, Elder, Treasurer, Teacher, Janitor, etc.) regardless of compensation (or lack thereof). (IRS wants the names of those who serve the church voluntarily)
15.Church must inform IRS of identity of almsgiving recipients. (Presumably to ration the amount of assistance that they get, by modifying the compensation received through welfare, SSI, WIC, AFDC, etc.)
16.Church must report to IRS all gifts sent to missionaries ($500 up). Also a taxation measure, as per form 1099.
17.Only use IRS-approved fundraising methods. (IRS determines which methods are acceptable to raise funds.)
18.Must answer to IRS for any sermon or organizational position which is critical of the IRS. (So the IRS can penalize the church/pastor for stepping "out of line".)
19.Must give unreserved submission to the civil magistrate pertaining to all laws, (federal, state and local,) including issues of public policy (abortion, homosexuality, assisted suicide, equal employment, education, gambling, pornography, abortion, et cetera).
20.Church must actively promote racial mixing in marriage (miscegenation).
(This has to do with the promulgation of state marriage licenses. Marriage has historically existed as an ecclesiastical certification, and is supposed to be protected by the free exercise clause of the 1st Amendment. Anything that involved intermarriage was, in the early days of the US, subject to licensure on the grounds that slaves could do nothing without permission. Yet, this was the back door which the government has used to promote the licensure of all marriages. The church has become an accomplice in causing married couples to have a third party to their union, without their knowledge or consent. All forms of licensed activity by the very definition may be regulated by the state, including the "fruits of marriage" - - your children. This is how state child welfare agents get away with "legally" violating people's 4th Amendment rights!)
21.Pastor cannot enter the public debate about the licensure of ministries.
(Ministers must be licensed by the state in which they intend to practice, unless ordained denominationally, in which case the pastor may preach anywhere the denomination has an established presence.) The same arguments about licensure apply here as with #20; it is a violation of the free exercise clause with regards to Christian ethics. Ministers are answerable to God first; to be licensed is to put the state before God.
22.Pastor cannot enter into any activity opposing public policies on various issues, e.g.: abortion, homosexuality, assisted suicide, education, taxes, gambling, pornography, abortion, parents' rights, et cetera.
23.Pastor cannot solicit church members' participation in any activity opposing public policies (such as the aforementioned).
24.Pastor cannot support legislation upholding parent's rights (or other measures that would strengthen the sovereignty of the family over the state's interest in the progeny of a licensed marriage.
25.Pastor cannot proselytize against the promotion of homosexual lifestyles, abortion, gambling, pornography, and other "lifestyle options", et cetera.
26.Pastor/Church cannot advocate state and U.S. constitutions, Bill of Rights as the supreme law of the land.
27.Pastor cannot enter into sermons that criticize national public issue policies, such as the "drug war", POW's & MIA's, increasing federalization of criminal statutes & police powers, etc.
28.Pastor cannot oppose public education, its' policies, or its' shortcomings(Outcome Based Education); or promote private education above public education; or promote particular educational policies and programs.
29.Pastor cannot publicly declare that people should obey God above, or before, the government. (As the apostle said, "We should obey the laws of God above the laws of men".)
30.Pastor cannot publicly criticize the actions of the government in the implementation of public policy. (i.e.: promoting sex education, etc.)
There is today an ongoing and deliberate use of IRS tax codes to coerce American churches to serve the will of the state. Legislation has recently been passed that makes it impossible for 501(c)3 incorporated churches to disincorporate and regain 508(1)a lawful status, thereby making incorporated churches slaves to the state. This puts government above God, and it puts government in the pulpit, in control of incorporated churches.
Churches, like the media, have now become a bankrolled institution for the indoctrination and suppression of the people. Through IRS regulations governing the conduct of licensed ministers, the state now has the ability to actually manipulate the conscience of the public - just like in the dark ages. Churches are being used, like a prostitute, to teach people that the civil magistrate (government official) is deserving of unlimited submission. In fact, the exact opposite is true, according to the Bible, in Romans 13:1.
Just as the Bible predicted in Revelation 13, the United States (2nd beast) is about to speak like a dragon. It is already learning to use its voice in this manner. You can already smell the dragon's breath! The Constitution is being openly repudiated through court decisions that chop away at the two clauses that enumerate our freedoms of religion.
***Government control of topical issues about what may be preached
***Asset forfeiture of unregistered church coffers
***Garnishment of church coffers by creditors (the attachment of offerings given by indebted brethren)
***Seizure of the property of unregistered churches
***Arrest and imprisonment of preachers who refuse to be licensed,and the arrest of any others who preach/minister without a license.
***Ministers may be arrested for performing other ecclesiastical functions, such as marriages, if the couple is not licensed to being married.
Even now, churches are publicly adopting positions on issues that are of no concern to the continued preaching of the Gospel. Churches such as the United Methodist Church have promoted gun control as a matter of policy, even to the point of financing and helping to organize some of the nation's foremost gun control organizations. Some churches have abandoned the Bible in order to comply with government mandates, such as condoning homosexuality. Some churches actually support communist organizations which use their resources to attack Christianity!
Pastors are being compelled to pacify their congregations, and often are limited in their sermons to the usual platitudes about "love thy neighbor" and "let every man be subject to the higher authorities"; the latter being a perversion of Romans 13.
This egregious situation existed once before in England, when the King demanded unlimited submission to his authority. This was codified explicitly in the Conventicle Acts. Scottish Covenanters were resisting the will of the King, and refused to declare "God save the King!" and accede to his claim of divine right. The Covenanters were driven from their homes and forced to come to America, where their influence on American politics was substantial. Their influence upon American principles of religious liberty was most keenly felt by Thomas Jefferson, who adopted William Tyndale's famous quote, "Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God." How far this nation has fallen, that a Jeffersonian quote is now considered seditious speech, outlawed by the godless "public" parasites that inhabit Washington D.C.!
Christians of conscience are going to be forced to come out of their incorporated churches, to "come out of Babylon", as it were, to worship, evangelize, and maintain their faith as children of YHWH. Persecution will be rampant as Christians withhold their taxes, in defiance of government funding of abortions, assisted suicide, multinational military misadventures, anti-Christian education, and the unholy "New World Order".
Those who have dedicated their whole selves to Christ will find themselves being the universal object of execration by those who "go with the crowd". They will be considered renegades, criminal lawbreakers, rabble-rousers, and insurrectionists. In fulfillment of Revelation 13:15, they will be condemned to death by the multitudes of unsaved.
As Jesus returns in glory, these small bands of patriotic believers in our Savior will be vindicated. On this day, every knee shall bow and all people will proclaim that he is KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS!
